With a career spanning over two decades, I’ve had the privilege of working across diverse roles—Professor of Strategy & Finance, Management Consultant, Corporate Advisor, Bestselling Author, and, perhaps most humbly, a Farmer.

My journey has taken me across industries, continents, and classrooms, united by a single driving force: the pursuit of purposeful impact—through knowledge, insight, and action.

Educational Leadership

As Founder Director of the Rustomjee Cambridge Group of Schools and Director of Rustomjee International School, I lead an institution that serves over 10,000 students and employs more than 700 educators and support staff.

Earlier, in 2004, I also served as Consulting Director to establish the first international campus of S P Jain School of Global Management in Dubai—an institution that has since gone on to achieve global acclaim.
