Prof Hanif taught 2 courses of Business Strategy to our batch. I am really impressed with his knowledge, communication, personality and the ease with which he connects with the participants.
The immense knowledge and the experience he brings along is definitely resourceful for any one who is dealing with him at professional level

There is a truth in saying "Good education leaves its footprints in mind", then Hanif Sir has proved that for me. At SP Jain, I studied Business Strategy course from him. His lectures, course content and simplicity of analysis have had a good impact on me, it has refined the way I look at things now. I still relish the depth and width of analysis of day to day business scenarios discussed in the class. I never expected my MBA to finish with such mind stimulating thoughts. During my personal interactions, I found him very charming and a guy with "good heart".
Indeed, Happy teachers day Sir..You have been an aspiration to many
Happy Teachers day Sir !!!
You have been a true role model and some of your thoughts have been actioned by your students like me. Every time I speak about the GOOD HEART STRATEGY in which ever forum I am and try to do my best to make this world a better place .
Best Regards,
Shyamohan
Thanks, Gaurav Thacker.
We all need motivation, and such emails still make my day, even after more than 15 years of teaching at MBA programs.
Gaurav was an EMBA student at S P Jain where I taught a course on Strategic Innovation in January 2019.
My prescribed text for the course since 2006 has been the business newspaper of the day, either MINT or Business Standard, we analyse business news and learn to read between the lines.
I have found that if you provide the right context, then the learning remains long after the class is over.
Dr Hanif Kanjer
I believe learning how to learn and upgrade is an important skill, and getting MBA students excited about the world of business through newspapers is what I thrive on. News reports make the best case studies for classroom engagement.
Here’s what students of mine from a Strategic Innovation course I taught recently to the Class of 2020 had to say about how a practical assignment helped her in her business interaction.

Great teaching strategy sir,kudos
Dr. Kanjer, I agree to Bhargavi. It was an amazing experience to learn from you - how to read articles, how to analyse the articles, how to find opportunities from the articles and any more.
Dr Kanjer, your class was one our batch enjoyed the most, probably because most of us learnt how to read and question the correct way

I Second that. Though Bhargavi Ganti your boss needs to give you more work like Dr. Kanjer said for you can afford the luxury of 2 hrs reading per day
